Can we ask you to read these key points before you proceed….

New clients

If this is your first visit to Re:treat can we please ask you to book in as a “New client cut and finish”. As a new client to us we want to ensure we have the time to sit and listen to you. To find out about you, your lifestyle and the look you wish to achieve. This appointment is designed to make your first visit to us a wonderful relaxing experience.

All colour clients

If you are booking your first colour with us or thinking of changing your colour we will kindly ask you to book a colour consultation first. This is a complimentary service. We will have time to discuss with you your colour ideas, look at your pictures, discuss colour choice, hair condition, take possible strand tests if required and will include a SKIN TEST if necessary.

#DON’T SKIP THE SKIN TEST!!!!!!

Reasons why you would need a skin test:

Is this your first colour service at Re:treat? Is it over 6 months since your last skin test at Re:treat? Have you topped up your colour at home or been elsewhere for a colour service since your last visit to Re:treat? Are you on any medication for allergies? Have you had a Tattoo, Henna or Black Henna tattoo, or Semi-permanent make up since your last colour service at Re:treat?

If the answer is YES to any of the above a skin test is required. Let us organise a Skin test for you.

How do I get a skin test done?

You can pop into the salon anytime and ask at reception for a skin test and a member of the team will do one for you.

OR

We will post one to your home address. Remembering a skin test must be done at least 48 hours prior to your colour service. At Re;treat we believe we have a duty of care to all of our clients. The time we spend on your consultation and skin test  is to ensure your satisfaction, your comfort and your peace of mind. Thank you for helping us make your visit to us as easy as it can possibly be.

Our New Cancellation Policy

We would like to this opportunity to ask for 24 hours’ notice if you are needing to cancel your appointment. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment with less than 24hrs notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Our appointments are confirmed 36hrs in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you may have booked weeks or months ago. We will be taking deposits of 25% for services over £75 to confirm the booking. Deposits are transferable when 24hrs notice is given.
